We’re hosting a science fair, but with alcohol Highland Imports and Endless West are joining us at our place for a molecular cocktail competition on Monday, Dec. 9th at 7pm. Participants are invited to devise, test, and create their own cocktail utilizing at least one molecular technique and Glyph Whiskey, the world’s first molecular whiskey.⁠

The winner will receive a trip for two (flight and hotel) to Endless West’s headquarters in San Francisco where they will create and bottle their own custom molecular whiskey. Email roger@sherkaan.com to enter.
