This coming Monday, February 24th we are hosting an Espresso Martini Competition in honor of the great Dick Bradsell. This cocktail king is celebrated for inventing many new cocktails including the beloved Espresso Martini. We’ve partnered up with Haku Vodka and Beam Suntory to bring you the best New England’s mixologists have to offer. These are some major bragging rights for the competitors! The featured cocktail will be on special all night, in addition to White Russian and Revolver cocktail specials.

Things are about to get really awkward. We’re hosting an awkward Valentine’s Day comedy show Friday, Feb. 14th to celebrate all of the delicate and embarrassing moments that accompany dating while Desi. Bengali-American comedian and creative genius behind the Surprise Show, Anish K. Mitra, will be performing stand up on the joke we know as romance with more entertainers TBA. Channel all of your awkward energy into laughter at this free event open to the public.

We’re hosting a science fair, but with alcohol Highland Imports and Endless West are joining us at our place for a molecular cocktail competition on Monday, Dec. 9th at 7pm. Participants are invited to devise, test, and create their own cocktail utilizing at least one molecular technique and Glyph Whiskey, the world’s first molecular whiskey.⁠

Sherkaan and kawit! are combining culinary forces on Thursday, October 10th to bring you a Filipindian Feast of Indian street food and Filipino BBQ. Think chaats, pancit, and longaniza à la carte all washed down together with cocktail pairings inspired by the flavor profiles of both cuisines.

We’re ultra excited to announce Monday, September 23rd at 7pm we will be hosting New Haven’s very first non-alcoholic bartending competition in partnership with Fever-Tree and Rishi Tea. Entrants will be shaking and stirring craft mocktails in the hopes of winning the awe and respect of the New Haven bartending community, as well as first, second, and third place monetary prizes.
