New Years Eve Dinner

Join us for an upscale Indian dinner, featuring a prefix menu. This will include one app, one entree, and one dessert. It will also include a complimentary champagne toast, a choice of one beer or wine.

TANDOORI ACORN SQUASH: (V, GF) brown sugar, Kashmiri, bourbon, lime, cilantro

BUTTER CHICKEN SAMOSA: fried dumplings, shredded butter chicken, yogurt

DAHI PURI: (V) puri shells, chickpeas, aloo, onion, sev, yogurt, green and tamarind chutneys

ENTRÉE 
DUCK BREAST: (GF) crispy skin, orange cardamom glaze, Chinese five spice sweet potato, watercress, mushroom conserva, lemon

FRENCHED RACK OF LAMB: (GF) herb crusted, whipped masala potato, shaved fennel, apple, radish

ACORN SQUASH “DUM BIRYANI”: (V, GF) whole roasted acorn squash, creamy risotto, wilted bitter greens, parmesan tuille, mushroom conserva, roasted seeds

PAPPARDELLE MAKHANI: (V) hand cut pappardelle, butter sauce, fried paneer, crispy brussel sprouts, roasted cashew

DESSERT
GULAB JAMUN: (V) grapefuit, rose syrup, crushed hazelnuts

CHOCOLATE DOSA: (V+, GF) coconut, pomegranate seeds

TENDER COCONUT CUSTARD: (V, GF) spiced rum caramel, burnt coconut
